The talk, entitled "The Disorienting Nudes of Suzanne Valadon: Masquerade, Repetition, and the Body at Ease," will consider late 19th and early 20th century paintings by a former artist's model who becomes a painter in her own right.

Her paper, "Seeing Pátzcuaro, Imagining Mexico: Art, Tourism, and the Reintegration of Postrevolutionary Mexico" was part of a series of conference panels and events on the theme of Culture and Tourism.
