Students must submit a course list as part of their application for Planned Studies.
This document is an excel workbook. There are two worksheets in this workbook -- see the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Students must complete both worksheets.
The first worksheet is for students to provide a list of courses by category.
The second worksheet is for students to provide a list of courses by semester.
Students can view a sample of a completed course list workbook for guidance in how to fill out these spreadsheets.
Please download this form, complete it using excel, save the document with your name in the file name (e.g., DOE_CourseList), and submit it electronically to the Planned Studies Coordinator.
