Mission

The Center for Life Skills is dedicated to providing high quality interdisciplinary rehabilitation services to meet the individual needs of participant.  Ithaca College faculty and students form a variety of disciplines come together to offer individuals who have experienced a stroke or neurological disorder to opportunity to enhance their quality of life, independence, health, and personal growth.

The Center for Life Skills

The Center for Life Skills is staffed by Ithaca College faculty and students from the School of Health Sciences and human Performance.  Faculty and students from the department of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Therapeutic Recreation provide programs tailored to meet the individual needs of elderly participants who have experienced either a stroke or some other type of brain injury.

 

CLS has a temporary new home!

The Center for Life Skills will be located on campus for the Fall, 2009 session.

Our meeting area is in Room 401H on the fourth floor in the Center for Health Sciences building.

The program managers office is in Room 401F on the fourth floor in the Center for Health Sciences buidling. (Same phone number, 375.6312)
