Human Resources and Information Technology and Analytics Divisions are partnering to offer this 30-minute workshop designed to empower supervisors to effectively and responsibly utilize Copilot, Microsoft’s generative AI tool, to assist in crafting performance reviews for their direct reports.
We'll dive into how Copilot can assist in drafting comprehensive performance reviews, helping you articulate your feedback and recognize your employee’s achievements more effectively. We’ll cover basic prompting, best practices, and provide a live demo.
This training is open to all supervisors, no prior AI experience is needed.
