As a reminder, our annual review process is in full swing! To stay on top of this timeline, we highly encourage supervisors to start scheduling 1:1 meetings to discuss employee performance.

Review Meetings & Final Feedback

Virtual or In-Person meeting between employee and supervisor.

After meeting is held supervisor submits final comments.

Supervisor releases document to employee for employee to acknowledge.
