This workshop will cover the following:
- Deleting old submissions
- Archiving or deleting unused or old forms
- Managing access
- Exporting data to OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint
- Forms update from version 3 to version 4
Formstack Form Updates
The webinar will also provide an update on the Formstack Forms client upgrade scheduled for May 28, 2024, which will bring enhanced capabilities to the product. Information Technology and Analytics will use the Formstack Migration Tool to seamlessly transition all forms from version 3 to version 4 and unify form styles to match the Ithaca College brand. Access to Formstack Forms will remain uninterrupted during this process.
Key updates in the upgrade include:
- Improved data security measures
- File upload enhancements (e.g., drag-and-drop capability, and multiple document selection)
- Optimized date selection field
- Refreshed form progress bar
- Enhanced on-form error handling
