Spring is just around the corner and it will soon be time to shed those heavy clothes…and those unwanted pounds. Sure, one is more of a challenge than the other, but which one is more rewarding? Which one will give you more energy? Increase your sense of well-being? Which one will.....you fill in the blank — what’s important to you?

The registration deadline has been extended to Monday, March 27. Payments will not be processed by Weight Watchers until the session actually begins. Join the Weight Watchers at Work program here at Ithaca College and you will receive the tools and the support you’ll need to motivate you to meet your goals.

Can’t pay for the session upfront? Take advantage of payroll deduction and pay in more manageable installments during the course of the session.

Can’t stay for all the meetings during the session? Members who join At Work series may attend any other meeting in the area at no additional charge by showing their attendance book.

Leaving IC before the 16-week session ends? You can finish out the series in your new location at no additional cost by showing your attendance book, as long as the 16-week series is paid in full at the time of your departure.

Spring is a time of renewal. The days will be getting longer and warmer. This is the best time of year to focus on yourself. Learn how to make the choices and establish the habits that will improve your health and quality of life. Stay motivated by sharing experiences, tips and ideas with fellow IC community members. Please contact Christine Haase, the campus coordinator, at x41378 for information on how to register or with any concerns. The 16-week session will not be officially scheduled for April 4 unless at least 15 prepaid registrations are received. Don’t delay, start now! We can do this – together!
