The Intergenerational Choir is a NON-AUDITIONED group and open to ALL majors! It's not too late to join, rehearsals begin on Tuesday, Sept. 11th and transportation is provided!
The Intergenerational Choir is a collaboration between the School of Music, Gerontology Institute, and Longview, an IthaCare Community. IC students travel to Longview each Tuesday, to rehearse with the residents of Longview! Rehearsals are from 7-8pm each week, except IC holidays, and transportation is provided!
Members of the Intergenerational Choir experience a variety of music, give two concerts each semester, and enjoy sharing their mutual love for singing. This is also a great opportunity to make new friends! So come join us on Tuesday, Sept. 11th! The IC van will pick students up in front of the Whalen School of Music at 6:40pm and drop off at the same place by 8:10pm. Any questions should be directed to Dr. Emily Mason, faculty conductor.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Emily Mason at firstname.lastname@example.org or (607) 274-1285. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
