Academics are important, and good mental health is an important ingredient for success.  Take a confidential online mental health screening to get feedback about your mental health in relation to depression, alcohol use, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, generalized anxiety disorder and post traumatic stress disorder.

If you need support, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides cost free mental health counseling.  CAPS is located on the garden level of the Health Center.  You will find stairs leading to our entrance on the parking lot side of the building.  Elevator accessibility is available in the Health Center.
