12 Ways To Stay Healthy In College

  1. Do things that bring you pleasure.
  2. Exercise 30 minutes a day.
  3. Get plenty of sleep.
  4. Wash your hands.
  5. Substitute fried foods with baked foods.
  6. Ask for help if you feel overwhelmed.
  7. Eliminate or cut back on caffeine.
  8. Focus on your strengths.
  9. Laugh daily!
  10. Help others.
  11. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
  12. Floss your teeth--it's more important than brushing!
