Try relaxing with a mediation class! Meditation on a regular basis works to not only improve your mental health, but your physical health as well. Take a moment to relax and revitalize yourself by taking part in meditation classes taught by our very own Michael Faber.
These classes will be offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays at noon and 1pm in Muller Chapel, and are open to all faculty and staff. They will continue to be offered every week until December 13th. Have questions? Feel free to contact Michael at firstname.lastname@example.org.
