Full time ITS staff are participating in two upcoming events that will affect our availability and support. On Wednesday March 5th from 1:00 - 4:30 pm, we will be meeting with visiting Chief Information Officers who are part of an external review process and on Wednesday March 12th we will be attending an all day retreat.
The Helpdesk will remain open during these times but there will be no second tier support for issues that the Helpdesk staff can not solve. We apologize in advance for any service delays this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
