Join IC Books Thru Bars for Molly Crabapple’s short film, followed by a workshop on solitary confident in NY and how to get involved in the movement to end this torture. Solitary confinement is a form of imprisonment in which an inmate is isolated from any human contact, though often with the exception of members of prison staff. It is sometimes employed as a form of punishment beyond incarceration for a prisoner and has been cited as an additional measure of protection for the inmate. We hope to see everyone there.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Ngan Tran at ntran@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
