As part of the NSrA project, ITS is making changes to every college owned laptop. The changes include:
- moving from Novell to Active Directory
- requiring Macintosh users to login to workstations
- adding the Bradford persistent agent
- asking users to re-install printers
We know these changes can be confusing and hope to answer some of the frequently asked questions here.
