- Classroom Technology
Support

Classroom Technology Support (CTS) provides quick and effective support
when you encounter a problem using technology in a classroom, as well
as video taping services and other media delivery support. They can
help you plan for new or upgraded technology implementations for a
classroom. Call the CTS Hotline at 4-1443 or contact the coordinator
of CTS and Media Services, Will

- Computer Lab Support

ITS supports all student computer labs and maintains the software on all the
computers in these facilities, including providing for a standard suite of
Internet and productivity software. With a little planning and appropriate
licensing we can provide most any specialty software you require for your

- Center for Educational
Technology

The Center for Educational Technology (CET), located in Muller 104,
provides a technology development facility for faculty initiatives
related to integrating learning technologies in the classroom. CET
has high end Macs and PCs equipped with digital editing software,
scanners, DVD and CD capabilities, VHS and a color laser printer.

- Instructional Graphics
Services

Instructional Graphics Services (IGS), located in Gannett Center,
designs and produces graphics and photography to meet instructional
needs for presentation or publication by the faculty and staff. Fred
Estabrook at 4-3878 is available to answer your questions.
- Online Courseware

Online Courseware is a user friendly interface that allows you to
easily put your course on the web. It is powered by WebCT and
links any digital document (Word, Powerpoint, jpegs, pdf) to your
site. You can batch enroll all your students and communicate via email
or file attachments. Contact Kathy

Design

Instructional Media Design (IMD) assists faculty in the planning,
designing, production, and delivery of their rich multimedia content.

Use the Faculty Home Page Builder, powered by Web Profile Manager, to easily and quickly construct

- Self Service
Applications and Quick Guides

Microsoft Press Interactive Training is installed on all campus machines.
It is a self paced, on-line tutorial that covers all the basics of Office.
ITS Quick Guides are designed to assist users in getting started with supported
applications and systems. In addition to those available on-line, printed
Quick Guides are available in the ITS Main Office in Muller 102.
- Technology Learning
Center

The Technology Learning Center (TLC), located in Friends 101, is the primary
facility for providing drop-in training and computer workshops. Drop-in hours
are open to faculty and staff, while the computer workshops are open to the
