Training & Documentation

Quick Guide Index

Technical documentation services are provided through Quick Guides, web pages, and online help. All documentation services are available at no charge to all faculty, staff, and students at Ithaca College. Documentation is designed to assist users in getting started with supported applications and systems at Ithaca College. In addition to those available online, printed documents (Quick Guides) are available at the ITS Helpdesk in 104 Job Hall.

Quick Guides are provided in PDF (Portable Document Format). You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to read and print documentation delivered in PDF format. The Acrobat Reader is already installed on computers that faculty and staff use as part of IC's Technology Renewal Program. See the "Downloads" box on the right side of the page to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
