All faculty have Taskstream accounts and by default have the "evaluator" role. Evaluators assess student submissions typically using a rubric. Faculty can also create personal portfolios in Taskstream.
Taskstream is not a learning or course management system. Faculty can not create Directed Response Folios (DRFs) or DRF programs. Faculty associated with programs using Taskstream will periodically go into Taskstream to do assessment work.
Faculty do not have the "author" role in Taskstream which means they can not experience Taskstream as a student does. But, faculty members can view the folio as a student would view it.
Taskstream is being used for the Integrative Core Curriculum. Students will be introduced to Taskstream in their Ithaca Seminar course. Education faculty are also using Taskstream for student assessment.
