Reflect. Refine. Renew.

To the Campus Community:

We need you to help us prepare our self-study as we engage in the periodic process of reaccreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. You can volunteer here.

This is your opportunity to help tell our story of resilience in difficult times, document where we are now, and shape our plans for the coming decade. This review is a two-year process that commences every eight years. Are you a number cruncher or do you have trouble with long-form division? We need you. Are you the inquisitive type? We need you. Do you want to learn more about IC? We need you. Are you a critic of the College but committed to its improvement? We most definitely need you, too.

Our working groups will meet regularly beginning in the spring 2024 semester to undertake conceptual, qualitative, and quantitative study of everything from our mission and goals to design and delivery of the student learning experience, and our governance, leadership, and administration. Each committee is led by two co-chairs drawn from the faculty and staff.

The committees’ work will be incorporated into an honest and holistic self-study that will be shared with Middle States in fall 2025, prior to the accreditation team’s visit in spring 2026.

To claim a seat at this table and bring your experience and expertise to the process, please volunteer here.

Thank you.
