We hope you're enjoying your summer and taking time to relax and recharge!
We’re writing today to share some important and exciting news about a new development at the college. With the start of the fall semester, we’re launching the Academic Support Center (ASC) —a new, centralized office designed to provide all IC students with strengthened and even more accessible academic support.
ASC brings together two existing resources:
- The Center for Student Success
- Members of our dean’s office teams who primarily provide student support
Combining these offices ensures that you can bring your questions and goals to one welcoming place, where you’ll find a team of experts to support you whenever you need it. From advising and learning strategies to tutoring and other academic resources, ASC will provide clear pathways to help you thrive. And, if you have questions about financial aid, accessibility, student employment, career planning, or other similar areas, the ASC team will point you in the right direction, make introductions, and help you follow through.
Most importantly, while the names, titles, and some office locations may change, you’ll continue to work with the same incredible people who have been—and continue to be—committed to helping you succeed.
