Expert in the financial, administrative and policy issues of health care management, Karen Edwards teaches classes on consumer health, critical issues in health care, and health care administration. Her research has focused on examining the decisions consumers face in today's health care environment, including trends in managed health care and marketing health behavior program in a consumer-driven industry.
