EXCHANGE TO SINGAPORE

Nanyang Technological University

Juniors and seniors may spend a semester at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Courses are available in a variety of fields and are taught in English. Go to the Nanyang website or visit the Office of International Programs for more details.

Accomodations: Exchange students live in NTU residence halls with Singaporean roommates to facilitate cultural integration.

Eligibility requirements:
Sophomore, junior or senior standing
Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA
Good judicial standing at the College.

As with all Ithaca College exchange programs:

• Tuition will be paid to Ithaca College
  
• State, federal and institutional financial aid may be applied to the program cost, though actual aid amounts will be re-evaluated based upon actual program expenses.
  
• Credits earned abroad are guaranteed to transfer back to Ithaca College, and grades received will be calculated in cumulative GPA.
  
• A leave of absence is not required – students remain active Ithaca College students while abroad on an exchange program.
  
• Housing will be provided either in residence halls or in off-campus apartments, depending upon location and availability
  
• Meal plans are not available, but students will have access to kitchen facilities, cafeterias and restaurants.
