Diane Gayeski

I am the Associate Dean of Faculty in the Park School, and I'm working on new curriculum and degree program ideas and assessment.  

Ithaca College is my undergraduate alma mater, and after completing my Master's and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Maryland, I returned to Ithaca to teach in 1979. 

 My particular areas of expertise and research are:

• managing corporate learning and communication functions as business assets 
• new technologies, particularly wireless handheld devices used for training, communications, and performance support
• the new workforce demographics, and how this will impact organizational recruiting, communication, job design, and training

In addition to my work at the College, I am active in consulting with organizations to help them assess and adopt new methods of communication and training through my firm Gayeski Analytics.  Among my recent clients are the Manomet Center for Conservation Research, TAP Pharmaceuticals, Walgreens, the US Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and Cornell University.
