IMC major Rachel Meltzer, Class of ‘10, currently works at Rodale, an American publishing company that specializes in health, fitness, and wellness content. Rodale reaches more than 70 million people through its category-leading media properties, trade books, subscription online properties, and integrated marketing solutions. Rodale includes publications such as Men’s Health, Prevention, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Bicycling, Running Times, Organic Gardening, and Mountain Bike.
Rachel started working as a Marketing and Design Coordinator in March of 2011 at Rodale Custom Content and Marketing (RCCM), a division of Rodale that provides integrated, multi-channel programs for including: Curves, AstraZeneca, Kraft Foods, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Nissan. Her primary responsibility is to support the content development of marketing and sales materials for RCCM new business development. RCCM has earned over 100 prestigious awards in the past three years, including 38 Pearl Awards in the past two years.
Prior to coming to Rodale, Rachel worked in marketing for The Atlantic magazine and B&B Hospitality Group, the restaurant organization owned by Joe Bastianich, Mario Batali, and Lidia Bastianich, also located in New York City.
