Faculty and staff who have any trouble activating a new e-mail account should contact the Service Desk for help.

What if a student can't login to activate?
Students who have trouble activating a new e-mail account should first verify their login information by contacting the Office of the Registrar. For any other activation problems contact the Service Desk for help.

What are the options for accessing e-mail at Ithaca College?
DIIS offers a web-based e-mail program (Outlook Web App through Microsoft Office 365), and also supports Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Mac.
