Y2K Display Is A-OK

Fireworks added a special twist to the traditional New Year's Eve changing of the lights in the East and West Towers residence halls. The millennium light switch even managed to include all four digits on the two towers, albeit in alternating displays of "20" and "00." Nearly 100 College staff members were on hand to create the ceremonial transformation as well as to ensure that campus systems continued to function properly with the arrival of Y2K.
