Tower ClubTower Club Schedule Changes

A change in the schedule of the Tower Club will make that facility more available for use for special functions. As of July 1, the Tower Club will no longer be open for dinner, which had been served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. It will continue to be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

"The Tower Club is an ideal location for anyone planning a small wedding reception or rehearsal dinner; a holiday, anniversary, or retirement party; or a recognition service or award dinner," says Gene Wescott, director of Dining Services. "We will now have greater flexibility in when we can schedule these special events to match the needs of community members."

Located on the 14th floor of the East Tower residence hall, the Tower Club provides a spectacular view of the city of Ithaca and Cayuga Lake. The facility may be reserved for any day or time outside of the regular lunchtime hours. A variety of options are available, from hors d’oeuvres and open bar to a formal sit-down dinner. The Tower Club will also be open for special occasions, such as Easter and Mother’s Day brunches and dinners during Ithaca College and Cornell University graduation weekends.

For more information or to reserve the Tower Club, contact chef-manager Christie Blackham at 274-3393.
