Parnassus will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. August 11 through August 15 for a major software upgrade. The August 12 bi-weekly and the August 15 semi-monthly payrolls should be available for on-line viewing through Employee Self-Service at http://vail.ithaca.edu/ace on August 10 and 11 respectively.
Parnassus Financials users will not be able to access the system on the times and dates mentioned above. All EZ Pay and payables transactions must be in the system or to payables by noon on Thursday, August 11, in order to be processed before the system goes down. Otherwise they will be processed when the system is available again after the upgrade.
