Gary Wells Presents Paper in England

Gary Wells, associate professor in the Department of Art History, presented a paper at the INSAP VII conference on October 29, 2011, in Bath, England.  His paper, "The Moon in the Landscape: Interpreting a Theme of Nineteenth Century Art," was given at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution.

The Inspiration of Astronomical Phenomena (INSAP) conference series brings together scientists, artists, and humanities scholars from around the world to discuss the common experience of astronomical phenomena in human culture.
