On Sunday December 15th from 5-7pm, the Ithaca College Fitness Center will be hosting its first ever Yogathon, the perfect way to get your mind and body ready for finals week.
The class will consist of the Ashtanga Modified Primary series and end with some Pranayama (breathing) work at the end, a PERFECT way to start your finals week!
This is a donation based class with all of the proceeds going to IC Caring and Sharing. The suggested donation is $5, but everyone is welcome, donation or not!
