Brian Diller came to Ithaca College in the fall of 2010 from a public school position in Nashville. After he graduates, he plans to continue his conducting study as a doctoral student at one of the nation's leading schools of music.

Brian participates in the Graduate Seminar in conducting with clinicians Stephen Peterson (wind ensemble) Jeff Meyer (orchestra), and Brian Demaris (opera). Repertoire conducted with over two years: Beethoven: Symphony #3 in Eb, Beethoven: Symphony #5 in C Minor, Brahms: Symphony #1 in C and Symphony #4 in E Minor, Dvorak: Serenade in D Minor, Gounod: Faust, Mozart: Symphony #41 in C, Mozart: The Magic Flute, Mozart: Serenade in C Minor k.388, Stravinsky: Rite of Spring, Tchaikovsky: Symphony #4 in F Minor, and Wagner: Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde.
