ITHACA COLLEGE Recording Services provides high quality recordings of recitals, concerts, and sessions within the James J. Whalen Center for Music for faculty, students, and the community.

All academic performances in the Whalen Center for Music are recorded for archival.

To request the various services, please click on the appropriate form below.  Download the form, fill it in with your computer, print it, attach cash or check payment in an envelope, and deliver it to:

or in person to The Recording Services Office Staff at Whalen #4104 SONY Recording Studio (by the Hockett Family Recital Hall).  We will process your order as quickly as possible and deliver your recordings.

Use the Performer's CD Order form to purchase a copy of an upcoming.  The Broadcast Release form must also be submitted by the performer for us to produce a copy.

Use the Live Sound Reinforcement form to request that Staff Engineers provide Microphones and / or Audio Playback during a performance / rehearsals. 

Use the CD Order form if you would like to purchase a copy of a performance that has already taken place. If it is your performance and you have not already done so, you also need to submit a Broadcast Release form.

Use the Recording Session Request form to book a recording, editing, mixing, and / or mastering session within the Whalen Center.

The Broadcast Release form must be submitted by performers before any copies of the performance can be produced.
