Richard Edwards (music education) completed his B.M. in music education at Ohio University, his M.M. in music education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is completing his doctorate at Greensboro.  Edwards taught public school music in Ohio and North Carolina and conducted both the University Band and Symphonic Band at UNC Greensboro during his doctoral work.

Jennifer Hayghe (piano) holds the B.M., M.M., and doctoral degrees in piano performance from Juilliard.  Previously she served as an associate professor at Louisiana State University for six years, where she was Aloysia Landry Barineau Professor of Keyboard Studies. 

Brad Hougham (voice) holds a B.M. in voice performance from the University of Saskatchewan, a M.M. in voice performance from Queens College, and is completing the DMA in voice performance from Rutgers.  He has taught voice for several years at the Spoleto Vocal Arts Symposium in Italy, and at the College of New Jersey.  An active performer, he has appeared recently as both an oratorio soloist and in opera roles in the New York City area.

Dan Isbell (music education) completed the B.M. in music education and performance at Ithaca College, the M.M. in music education from the University of New Mexico, and the Ph.D. in music education at the University of Colorado at Boulder.  He also taught public school music in Colorado.

Mark Kaczmarczyk (opera and musical theatre) holds the B.M. degree in piano performance and a B.S. in political science from SUNY Buffalo, the M.M. in conducting from Eastman, and is ABD for the DMA in conducting from the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music.  He previously served for ten years as the co-founder and artistic director of the Detroit Oratorio Society and for four years as the director of opera at the University of Oregon

Jeffery Meyer (orchestras) holds the B.M. degree from Lawrence University and the M.M. and the DMA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  He served as orchestra director at the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and was director of orchestra activities at Central Washington University.  A frequent guest conductor, Meyer also serves as the artistic director of the St. Petersburg Chamber Philharmonic in Russia. 

Sally Lamb (composition) holds the BFA in composition from the California Institute of the Arts, and the MFA and DMA degrees in composition from Cornell.  She has held lecturer positions at Ithaca College and Cornell, and has taught music theory and composition at Syracuse University.  Lamb has been awarded the Charles Ives Fellowship from the American Academy of Arts and Letters and recently received a National Endowment for the Arts grant through the Society for New Music.

Deborah Rifkin (music theory) holds a B.A. from Binghamton University, a M.M. in music theory from the University of Michigan, and the Ph.D. in music theory from Eastman.  For the past six years she taught music theory at Oberlin.  An active researcher, she has published in Music Theory Spectrum, Theory and Practice, and the Journal of Music Theory Pedagogy.

Nicholas Walker (string bass) holds the DMA in early music from Stony Brook University, the M.M. in performance from Stony Brook University, and the B.M.A. degree from Rice.  He also holds the Teaching Diploma and the Performance Diploma from the Rabbath Institute at the Paris Conservatoire.  He has taught previously at the Westchester Conservatory of Music and at Mansfield University.  Walker has been awarded the Grand Prize at the International Society of Bassists Composition Competition and a Fulbright Scholarship for study in France.
