Gary Sforzo, professor of exercise and sport sciences

Prevention Magazine cited a study by Gary Sforzo in a strength training article.  According to his research, muscles typically work their hardest during only one part of each move, but adding exercise bands provides 3 times the sculpting power of ordinary weight routines.
