Ordering Transcripts of Your Academic Record
*NEW* For those with a Homer UserID and PIN - You can request your transcript online using HomerConnect.
If you do not have a Homer UserID and PIN, transcript requests must be faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Office of the Registrar. We do not accept e-mail requests at this time. You may use the printable form at right along with the instructions below.

Transcripts are mailed 2 to 4 business days from the date the request is received EXCEPT at peak work periods when it will take up to 10 business days. Peak periods are Dec. 20 - Feb. 9, and May 10 - June 15, and August 15 - November 1.
* Diploma and transcripts will be withheld from students whose accounts are in arrears for any reason, including nonpayment of tuition and fees, fines, or medical charges.
