Job Description: Scripps Networks, a division of Scripps Networks Interactive and the parent company of television brands HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network, Fine Living Network and Great American Country, is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Studio Operations Intern to assist with daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Studio Operations Intern will get a hands-on experience in a studio production environment while assisting with daily tasks such as daily studio preparation and studio management.

Training and Development:

The Studio Operations Intern will have the opportunity to learn how to manage a TV studio, work with staff utilities to set up and break down production equipment, learn how to work in stressful situations and learn important problem solving skills in a studio environment. Additionally, the intern will have the ability to interact with various professionals in different areas of television production.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic studio multi-cam production, general lighting, video and audio skills.

This is an unpaid internship and is for college credit only. Any student interested in this internship must provide documentation stating that college credit will be given after completion of this internship.
