Whether I'm helping faculty to create teaching aids or working with Marketing to sell the college, I need to be able to communicate on several levels in order to work successfully. Collaborating on a project requires that the team can communicate goals as well as frustrations. Both instruction and marketing require clear messages that help change a mindset. The communication management program helped me organize better within a group as well as create clear web presence and measure the effectiveness of sites in order to find ways to make the web more useful.
