City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation.  As an Americorps program, Corp Members receive living stipends, health care and additional benefits.

Students planning to complete an internship in the summer of 2012 may apply for a scholarship to help defray the costs of their summer internship.  Applications for the Class of 2008 Scholarship for Experiential Learning and/or the Washington, D.C. Scholarship for Summer Internships are available in Career Services and are due on February 29.
