Conference and Event Services

The Office of Conference and Event Services offers student employment opportunities in a variety of positions including; Services and Event Managers, Audio Visual Production Technician, Scheduling Assistant, Business Coordinator Assistant as well as a variety of summer-only positions.  If you are interested in applying for one of these positions, please complete the online application or apply in person at the Conference and Event Services office.

ALL applicants must be currently enrolled Ithaca College students and be in good judicial standing. Applications will be accepted until all positions are filled.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SERVICES AND EVENT MANAGER POSITIONS: Please note that the application process is now closed for students seeking a Services and Event Manager position for Spring 2010.  In March, The Office of Conference and Event Services will begin accepting applications for the summer and fall.
