Early Arrival, August 18-24
If you are a student who has been requested to arrive early for athletic practices, employment, orientation program, the Jumpstart program, or other approved reasons, you will move directly into your fall housing assignment. Be aware that during the early arrival period, residential life staff members are still in training during the day, and a move-in crew is not available to help move you into your assigned housing. As a result, residence halls may seem very quiet. When you arrive at your room, you should find a welcome sign on your door with the room number and name of your resident/apartment assistant. Your staff member will stop by to see you once training has ended for the day.
