Multisport Coaching

Whether you want to start training for your first race or you just want to add some structure to your current training regimen, multisport coaching is the right fit.

Multisport Coaching is perfect for:

  • Training for a triathlon
  • Training for your first 5k
  • Placing higher at your next race
  • Adding structure to your current regimen

Interested clients will meet with Skylar Rubalcaba, a graduate student in the Exercise Science program here at Ithaca College. Our intake process begins with an initial fitness assessment and discussion of your goals. We offer two packages for multisport coaching: Novice and Advanced. With either package, Skylar will create a training regimen based heavily on heart rate. The Advanced package is designed for people who have their own heart rate monitor and have been training on their own. 


  • Novice: $10/week + $10 start-up fee
  • Advanced: $10/week + $20 start-up fee
