Beginning July 8th
Join trainers Jenn Randall and Carly Graham on our new Wellness Walks. The purpose of the Wellness Walks is to give people an opportunity to discuss current hot topics in the fields of health and wellness while getting a little bit of exercise. They are free and open for all members of the Ithaca College community. Walks will leave from the main entrance of the Fitness Center on Tuesdays at noon and return at 12:30 p.m.
Some topics to be covered include:
- Superfoods to boost metabolism
- Smart snacking
- Benefits of core strengthening
- Stress management
