Pilates

Pilates is an exercise that develops core strength, movement efficiency and integration of body and mind. The non-impact activity is ideal for all ages and fitness levels from rehab patients to elite athletes. Pilates offers the most efficient and complete training solution for postural rehabilitation, general fitness, seniors, and improving athletic performance.

Individuals interested in taking Pilates at the Fitness Center must register during the first week of classes.

The registration fee is $50 per semester.  There is a maximum of 20 participants per class.

  • Payments are made at the Fitness Center only with a check made payable to Ithaca College (NO REFUNDS).
  • Please make sure your schedules don't conflict with a class prior to signing up.
  • ID Express not accepted.
