Update to West Tower Criminal Trespass
The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management has completed follow up interviews to yesterdays reported trespass in the West Tower, and determined it appears to be unfounded. A student inadvertently entered a wrong room and upon discovering the error immediately exited.
We would like to commend those who reported this incident, as the outcome could have been quite different should the incident have developed in another way. Public Safety strongly encourages the campus community to report suspicious behavior or circumstances such as these immediately at 607-274-3333, or to leave an anonymous voice mail message at 607-274-1060.
