Crime Statistics/Clery Act
The College is in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 USC 1092 (f). As part of our responsibilities, we
- Issue an annual report containing the past three full years of campus crime statistics, current security policy statements, a statement pertaining to the authority of campus police, and information as to where students should go in order to report crimes.
- Publish crime statistics on the Web. These statistics are maintained by the Office of the College Attorney and can be reviewed in the health and safety policies section of that office's website:
- Issue public safety alerts and other related campuswide notifications when necessary.
- Maintain an activity log that is available for inspection. Excerpts of this log are published in the school newspaper.
