Registration Information and Pricing

1. Complete the registration form online or by downloading and printing it from this website by clicking on the "Registration Form" link. (Forms will be available in mid-February.)
2. Submit the completed form with a $100 deposit (U.S. dollars only) to the Office of Conference and Event Services at Ithaca College. Forms and payment may be submitted through our secure website or via mail. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, check, or money order. If your fees total less than $100, send the exact amount. The registration deadline is May 14, 2008.
3. Deposit payments received after the deadline will incur a $25 late fee. 
4. You will receive confirmation of your registration and housing/meal arrangements, along with an itemized invoice of your total charges.
5. The balance due should be received by the Office of Conference and Event Services no later than June 8, 2008. Payments received later will be charged a $25 late fee. Room reservations will be guaranteed only if full payment is received by June 6. No payments will be taken over the phone. 
6. If you wish to make changes in your registration, do not change your invoice. Please e-mail or write to the Office of Conference and Event Services regarding requested changes. Changes requested after June 6 are on a space-available basis and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. 
7. Refunds: In the event that you have to cancel your registration, notify the Office of Conference and Event Services in writing. Registration fees are nonrefundable. The payment for other fees will be returned if notice of cancellation is received two weeks before the start of the session. No refunds will be given after that time.
