Speech and Hearing Prerequisites for Admission to the Graduate Program:
- Phonetics (3 credits)
- Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech and Hearing Mechanism (3 credits)
- Normal Language and Literacy Development (3 credits)
- Articulation and Phonological Development and Disorders (3 credits)
- Child Language Disorders: Assessment and Intervention (3 credits)
- Basic Audiology (3 credits)
- Aural Rehabilitation or equivalent (3 credits)
- Clinical Observation (3 credits)
Prerequisites from other subject areas:
- Social and/or Behavioral Science Course (3 credits)
- Biological Science Course (3 credits)
- Physical Science Course (3 credits)
- Statistics (3 credits)
- # Educational Psychology (or equivalent)
