As another academic year begins, so does the planning of many meetings, programs, and special events. In order to best serve everyone on campus, we would like to remind you that the Office of Conference and Event Services accepts requests for room reservations 18 months prior to the event date.
It is our goal to do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible by planning ahead and using space appropriately. Please submit your requests to our office as soon as possible so that we can do our best to meet your needs.
In order to submit your request for a reservation or to check on one that may have already been submitted, please contact me (Kris Shields) via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, the sponsoring organization or department, address, telephone number, event title, the event date and time, the preferred location (and an alternate if possible), and the expected attendance.
Please be certain to include your requests for regular meetings, special programs, banquets, and annual events. If you are unsure if your reservation has already been made, please contact our office to check.
As you know, space on campus is at a premium. If you have space reserved and you know you will not be using it, please cancel your reservation so others may use the space.
