The results of the Physical Plant customer satisfaction survey are now available for viewing on the Physical Plant web page at www.ithaca.edu/physicalplant/isdresults.html.
Starting in January of this year, Physical Plant has made available a customer satisfaction survey to anyone who submits a service request through iServiceDesk. When people receive the notification of completion for their service request they are given a link to the customer satisfaction survey.
The feedback provided on this survey is very important in helping us determine what we are doing right and where we might need to make changes in the services we provide. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to submit a survey and encourage everyone to visit the site listed above and view the results. Survey results will be updated every six months.
