Dining Services is proud to present the 4th Annual Culinary Showcase at Ithaca College. The theme this year is Balance, Mind, Body and Soul.
The showcase is today only, in Emerson Suites.
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.: Healthy food sampling will be available.
2:00 p.m.: Presentation on sustainability and IC Dining will be given by Jeff Scott, general manager of IC Dining.
3:00 p.m.: Presentation on "The Myth of the Freshman 15" will be given by Julia Lapp, RD
4:00 p.m.: Closing presentation on fair trade given by Rick Peyser from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters.
