On March 28th, a group of Park Scholars will head to Washington DC to conduct oral history interviews with people who participated in The March on Washington in August of 1963.
James A. Rada, Associate Professor in the Department of Journalism, will be accompanying the group. Rada is currently at work on a documentary to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of The March on Washington. The oral history interviews produced by the Park Scholars will be included in the documentary, as well as on a website that is being produced to accompany the documentary.
